Yeah I felt the exact same about enter darkness... a mix of Wrath of Khan and the final season of Star Trek : Enterprise ... I was like... sure this could be good if I hadn't already seen all of Trek before... but I have, so I didn't enjoy it as much at all.

I think they would have to make a hard sci-fi Trek movie to get my attention again. No reason why they cant or shouldnt
