But is this really "news" or just more rumour? Eurogamer is not really giving much facts, you know. It's just siting some unknown source(s).

They gave us its concept a mock up of how it looks and a date that it will be announced. This is huge news and Eurogamer is a respected journalism site so they must have actually belived this and had good sources to post it.
Besides, all Emily said was that we'd get some NX stories soon, and from major (none-nintendo fan) sites. I'd call this a win for Emily

Yep, I'll admit she was right and I'm stupid for doubting. Also, that info deserves it's own thread.

Not really tbh people speculated months ago that a reveal could be in September given when NX is due to release so news coming soon is pretty vague.

Anything under $400 (xbox 360 and PS3 were more expensive, and so was PS4 and Xbone) is pretty cheap by todays standards.
Bringing up the Wii and saying "expensive" is based on that literally makes no sense.

She said that the news would be coming from major gaming sites and soon at that. Having Nintendo reveal the NX doesn't quite fit that description.

After the multiple sourced rumors of it being a Tegra X1..... I really hope the expensive part isnt true.
You know its gonna have bad 3rd party support, if its 1/3 of the PS4's performance, on a differnt cpu & gpu arch, than PS4 & XB1 uses.
It needs to be cheap, and nintendo need to support this with lots of games.

If Nintendo are going to reveal September it's common sense news should start emerging at this point, not rocket science.
