Ordered some second hand electronic stuff from ebay (can't remember what for some reason) and all the packaging was torn up pornographic magazines. Took me ages to get all the pages flat and back into some order. Totally irresponsible seller but I never complained.
Also ordered a small bluetooth controller of amazon but received a large set of camera filters instead which Amazon allowed me to keep.

OP: No...I've never received anything in the mail by accident. Heck I didn't even thought this was such a occurrence for some. 
I ordered this game from eBay. "Super Mario World PAL ver. complete in box Rank A."
Then suddenly i recieved this game instead, and it's complete in box though.
