For example, if you're a straight man, would you sleep with somebody who was born a man but had gender reassignment surgery to become a woman?
Or if you're a homosexual man, with somebody who was born female but had a sex change?

If I'm attracted to the person and there's sauerkraut where the bratwurst used to be then I'd probably do it.
Of course.
I can not see any logical reason to pass up intimacy with another healthy and attractive human being. If two people find each other attractive and it is consensual, then they should not let gender or society stop them.
I hope that with the move to educate the next generation of people about all sexual situations, and the acceptance of same sex intercourse, along with transgender awareness, that one day the pendulum shift to the other side. A future where men aren't afraid of showing affection towards other men, and what's between you legs doesn't determine who society expects you to be, will make the world a much more happy place.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

My prediction threads:
Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)
PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)
Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right
I'm not sure. It's a situation that is pretty rare but one that would be different if we were actually going through it. The transgender should inform the man or woman prior to the relationship starting that they were born either a man or woman. To not do so until it comes to a sexual experience is dishonesty and I think things could work out if there's communication about the matter beforehand. :)

Nah. It'd feel weird. I'd be more comfortable with a biological female. I'm sure some people wouldn't care though.
then again, I myself wouldn't have sex with any person, even if they're stunning.
I typically care more for the person's character. Hot people who are shallow are a huge turn off.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
Nah, I have no attraction to people that were born as men
