Ugh, not very exciting for me...

Wish they would just iron out the kinks of the Sonic adventure formula since they've already got another 2D classic inspired sonic on the way. The premise of 2 sonics seems rehashed too but oh well, I'm sure it'll be great like generations

Personally love Colors and Generations so I'm hyped.

Iirc, that was a different group within Sonic Team.  Shame they didn't try to refine it though, the game had a lot of interesting ideas and cool aspects that could have been refined into something special.  But oh well, Generations 2 is welcome.

It's great that this is probably going to play like Generations, but I kinda wish we would have got some gameplay footage.

I feel like this sums up the vast majority of Sonic games since he went Multiplat. Unique gameplay ideas that just came out half-baked. if they had more development time then who knows? Maybe a game like Lost World (or Unleashed) would've been a lot different.

I'll probably pick up both this game and Sonic Mania. Haven't played a Sonic game since Generations, and I really enjoy some of that game.

Sonic Generations Future? That could work. Hope it has more colours than that trailer shows though.

Well to be fair, the Unleashed Sonic gameplay did get further refined, that's how we got Colors and Generations.  But yeah, they don't have the patience that Nintendo does with Mario.  And I think we can all agree that sublicensing out Boom was a huge mistake.

Can't really judge it from just CGI, but hopefully they won't be simply bandwagon-ing Generations.
