Calling YW3 a bomb is an over exaggeration. Yes, the initial week sales aren't as impressive as previous installments, but most titles would give anything for those kinds of sales, especially in Japan. Unfortunately, I could see that the franchise is hit with fatigue. Too many games within a few years span, not allowing the franchise to naturally grow and find some sort of consistency.

Yeah comg came in for a lot of flak recently. People doubting it's accuracy for YW3. But it got it close enough in the end.

Not that I think it should but the DS sold 10m more so it's definitely possible. 

Pretty much all the benefit of doubt for YW3 came crashing down from the sky. Comg is mostly in the right whereas the doubters were in the wrong in this case and as far as YW3 having legs I'm just going to shatter that last piece of hope as if it was a lie since all previous games in the franchise excluding the very first release sold over 65% of it's copies in it's first 10 weeks of the shelf lifetime but that percentage is even bigger only counting the mainline series which applies to YW3 ...

Wow I didn´t expect Yokai 3 to debut with 632K :O
I was expecting a minimun of 900K :S
It surely will have great legs so I´m gonna be optimistic and say more than 2.5M LTD :)

Yokai watch 3, poor ha, not even half of what Yokai watch 2 did (going by Famitsu numbers). Level-5 should learn to not to milk their series to the point that they reach series fatigue fastly.
