Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Tagging for anything gaming related

Gaming revenue decreased $152 million or 9%, primarily due to lower Xbox hardware revenue, offset in part by higher revenue from Xbox Live. Xbox hardware revenue decreased 33%, mainly due to a decline in consoles sold and lower prices of consoles sold. Xbox Live revenue increased 4%, driven by higher volume of transactions and revenue per transaction.

Well XOne hardware must be down quite a bit (for reference in the previous years quarter it was 1.4 million XOne's and 360's shipped)

Still printing money as always. Great news for the company.

Ouch. Fire sale blues. When was the last time hardware revenue was up for Xbox?

correct, but bear in mind 2 important things

1. microsoft discontinued the xb360 in Q3FY16, aka last quarter
2. microsoft numbers as sold in, aka sold to retailers. Right now, they clear stock for the old Xbox One, because the new Xbox One S will launch in this Quarter July - September. Low numbers are expected

360 was discontinued? was there any articles or press releases about that? I don't remember seeing any and I would of expected a few articles about it.

edit

It ceased production shipping will continue for a while maybe several years (looks at NES and SNES shipping till 2003)

I hope Microsoft gives a final shipment number god only knows why they didn't give a final production number.  Last official shiupment numbers are for mid 2014.
