Anyone can purchase hundreds of guns, file away their serial numbers and resale them however they please and their is no system in place to check if the person is still in possession of their guns. |
In any event/scenario the instances of gun violence by registered gun owners is many multiples lower than violence by non registered and illegally owned guns - that is my point- So if owning guns becomes illegal in the Us then only criminals will have them- If they can t/don t crack down on the illegally owned and used guns out there now then how would they going to do so with new laws- I agree thheir needs t be a much better system for gun ownership in the US and if only law abiding citezens could onw guns that would be a huge start
