Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo reveals Mini NES. Coming this November.

Looks pretty cool, but since I have an original NES, and a Wii U that can play NES games with HDMI support, this seems unnecessary for me.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

wow you are very easily ofended too lol

It was a joke dude, when I saw it I also though that this would be this years Xmas "game" xD

You're not making sense, I'm obviously not offended and I didn't say you were either.

It's well known that you aggressively jump on those criticising Nintendo, so you should know you can't make jokes without making it actually look like it's a joke, especially when the phrase you said isn't funny and is rarely used as a playful joke rather than to insult n instigate.

eh... whatever dude, I already know I should not make jokes or comments to you, dont worry.

Holy shit take my money nintendo! Some of my all time favorites are there and some I've always wanted to play. Since you can use the classic controllers I wish it would be possible to somehow download all the other VC games, that would make this a perfect virtual console console lol

This is great and I would love to get this but I hope they add support for SNES and N64 to this device. I'm not getting a separate device for each console.

Must rebuy all consoles.  They will release one each holiday season.  Next year it will be the SNES.

I just wonder how much they are going to price it at first.  Shame they didn't include Ice Hockey considering I love playing that game even to this day.  I already have it on Wii VC which is now on my Wii U but that would have been cool if I could bring this little system over to a friends and it had Ice Hockey on it.

That is probably what they will do but I would rather buy a $60 internet connected mini console that plays NES, SNES, and N64 games, and separately buy the individual games I want on an online store.

Also I hope they add more classic 3rd party games like TMNT II, Contra, etc.

You could spend $50 for a pre-owned Wii. It plays NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, TurboGrafx-16, NeoGeo, GCN, and Wii games!

If they NES-ported the Pokemon GB games and put them on that thing it would sell ZILLIONS. It would be easy as well.

If it doesnt support cartridges i dont care, and i bet it will cost over a 100 buck.

The Sega Mega Drive classics for example has 80 games and supports cartridges, all for 50-70€.
