Wow, almost got a little misty eyed there looking at the box art. I think this is going to be a big success, the NES means so much to a lot of people.

i will buy it if it supports:
- wireless controller
- has a port for old cartridges
- no region lock!

The lockout chip was also inside the carts you would want this system to play though, also one click on the info in the OP would tell you it doesn't do this, or even just the Size of the Unit should say that :S

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

Omg this is so random

And I'm so HAPPY

Please I want this on Europe! And Mini SNES must be the next!

Pretty cool. I might throw $60 at this.

Those are actually some really nice games. I was expecting Mario, Mario, and Mario but not stuff Double Dragon II, Punch-Out, Star Tropics, and Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy was a revelation for me, best bargain-bin purchase I ever talked my mom into making. Wanted it based entirely on the name, had no clue what it was otherwise. It would also be nice to see if I could still beat Double Dragon II and Punch-Out on automatic. Somehow I doubt it.

Yeah! The selection is a happy surprise. If I'm being honest, the inclusion of Final Fantasy is the most surprising of all. I figure it would be mostly arcade-y games.

And I couldn't be happier. The original Final Fantasy is one of the very best NES games :D

It really was.  I used to spread the map out on the floor and chart my destination.  I still have the box, map, and booklet, too.  It was my treasure.  My most vivid memory from the game is Warmech wiping my party out and leaving me stunned.

To be honest, I'm kind of surprised they didn't release this in Amiibo form, where one Amiibo unlocks one game.  They would have made a killing.

Game took me a full month to beat. But it was so darn rewarding. I think it often gets overlooked compared to some of the more famous FF games.

comes with 30 preloaded games, for casuals who don't want to pay the rather expensive NES game prices seperately on a standard console this is certainly an interesting option
