Right now they are on the "Big success Sony" side of the scale. They will soon get to the Arrogant part.

To be fair, Nintendo did the arrogant thing first with that infamous "we don't need you, we've got Phillips!" move, later followed by the "if it has Wii in the title, it will sell truck loads" situation.  There is also the "lol we can sell the 3DS for any price and people eat it up" event, if we're counting handhelds.

Sony had the PS3 launch and Vita memory cards, while Microsoft had the Xbox One launch and GFWL, so Nintendo is still in the lead.

Not sure why the other two have to be brought up.

I don't think Sony's resting on its laurels at all. PSVR's a pretty risky venture.
