OMG, I didn't know that the OG PlayStation could push 1080p/60fps, I heard they used it's hardware in some space launches but still this is quite the achivement!
Nice to hear, since the game is coming to Xbox I hope it also comes to NX given the strong bond between Nintendo and Bandai after Smash 4 and Pokkén
Was there any doubt about it? Pretty much every UE4 game has been running at 1080p on PS4. Is really Ubi's AC and EA's Frostbite that can't beyond 900p.
But man, I cant keep up with Tekken anymore, specially with TTT2, so many characters, and most basically play the same with some little variations in their moves. I'd rather they just go back to a small roster and make each character unique.

Oddly enough, Harada has said that he is streamlining it a bit doing exactly what you mention in the latter. He wanted to make each fighter their own so not close match ups. No Eddie and Christie, no King and Armour King. There are still like 25 plus characters though.
I wouldn't say they all play the same though. Steve Fox is hardly similar to say Sergie Dragunov. I get your point though.
.... still, no Lee Chaolan which is weird considering the story is meant to be the last about the Mishima family.
Hmm, pie.
