Several games this generation have opted to target different framerates between their single and multiplayer components, typically shooting for 30fps in the campaign, and 60fps for online play.

Do you like or dislike this tactic, and why?

Its fine, 60 fps matters most in MP. While campaigns tend to be more about story and eye candy.

If I had the option though, I would always choose 60 fps even if that dropped the resolution down to 720p in many cases.

Same here. I'm fine with it. And I'd gladly sacrifice resolution and effects for a higher and/or stable frame rate. I'd also happily sacrifice resolution for local co-op/multiplayer options.



I would prefer 1080p 60fps for both single player and multiplayer.



I like it, obviously it would be better if everything was 60 fps but I can take 30 fps for campaing and 60 fps for multiplayer.

Only 13% voted they dislike it. Expected really and I too like this practice.



If the option was given, I'd choose 60fps over anything else any day. It's much more important than resolution IMO.



It's stupid. Should be 60fps for both. No exceptions.



Should be 60 for both, since it just seems that they are being lazy for single player..

but I'll be fine with this, to be honest :/

Good, Graphics in single player and framerate in multiplayer!

Though I hope with the launch of Neo/Scorpio dev's target 1080p 60fps in campaign instead of 4k 30fps.
