People are actually spending money on this thing? I thought it was pretty easy to play without needing to spend.

Well, aside from the weird terrible stories that have been cropping up, this could be a really good app with some good benefits to people.

People are willing to spend money for the dumbest stuff.

 

 

For an example FF Record Keeper - I know some people who spent hundreds of dollars to get equipment for their characters.

 

The same equipment that I got that I didnt have to pay...its tedious and time consuming (takes weeks to months) but I aint paying money to get it day 1 >.>.

Yeah, that's true. If something has microtransations, people are going to buy them, no matter how much of a rip off they are...
