As I said above he at the age of 92 died on 9th July 2016. He was the founder and owner of the eidi foundation. One of the world's largest welfare organizations in the world and a very simple man who wore one pair of clothing until it completely wore out and lived in a small house and gave everything he had to helping others. He refused to leave his country for treatment of his disease and truly believed in people and his country unlike any other man I know. I hope you all know of him and remember him as he was one of the greatest men in the history of the world

Surprised no one else is talking about him. :

Media has all the time to talk about the Kardashian's new clothing, but can't even give heroes like him a shoutout.

Then again, I don't think Eidi would want all the fame.

He was Pakistani a Muslim. The only way he would make the mainstream news is by blowing something up.

I agree with you though, he probably didn't want fame. I've seen celebraties went to visit him. Governments offered him money, but he didn't take their money or use the celebrities to get more money.

Mainstream media really should pick this up. What an incredible man and a true inspiration. It would be great to see such a positive story about a muslim which would help give some balance which I think we need to be honest. It's hard to think positively about muslims nowdays.

If people stopped watching and caring about what those twats did then the media would stop showing them so much, sadly people love to watch them for some reason which has thankfully never got to me.

Agree though, when I hear "News" talking about famous people who are only famous because the news talks about them, I just turn off.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

Oh. So it's not definite.

Oh. So it's not definite.

He was born in pre Pakistan India so it would have been difficult to truly know the age due to no system for birth certification so even these are estimates at best

I feel horrible for agreeing with you.

Hopefully Muslims go through a reformation like Christians. I don't like seeing the kind ones get hate due to the other nutjobs.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

I had no idea that India used to have a system like that. I feel bad that no one knows he's actual age.
