This is not necessary. I adored Demon Souls, but honestly all the Souls games are very similar and they make them so often and Demons Souls didn't have something particular that stood out apart from the fantastic, raw classical music.

In a way, dark souls was a remaster of demon souls, and we had 3 dark souls games with many expansions.

+ Bloodborne. That's a lot of "souls" experience you can have, no need for a remaster.

I fired up Demo souls days ago, best game on the ps3. Amazing how well it holds up!

Demon's Souls does have co-op.

Demon's Souls is the only one I haven't played yet (though I own it via Playstation Store).

Demon was the start of everything, a remaster should benifit from both the series fans, & PS4 popularity? So why not?

That's interesting because he clearly says that Sony fully own the Demon's souls franchise and can remaster (or remake) the game if they want.

I loved Demon's Soul's and it's what made me love the Souls games. I think a remaster/remake would be awesome and then they could add the missing tablet that was cut from the game.
