i didn't know we had the final authority on who's the real and fake muslim in this forum, welcome sir (or madam).

by the way, I always had a huge problem telling who the true scotsmen are from the fake ones. would you be able to clarify that one for me?

thanks a lot :)

Wouldn't it be better to use a example that adress Religious groups, not National groups or ethnic groups since Religion is nothing but a belief-system that several ethnic groups can chose to believe in.

But i still agree with what you said though.

i guess the reference to the No True Scotsman fallacy did not get caught :) i thought it wasn't that bad but I guess I was wrong.

my main point was to address the statement that ISIS are not 'true muslims'.

Thats a hell of a lot of cash for a slave by most modern standards. In the uk the average price of a slave is £70 (And there are an estimated 10,000 to 13,000 slaves in the uk).

I believe the average price for a slave in 1850's america, in today's money, was equivalent to £28,000, so it's probably the case that in societies where slavery is legal and traded openly prices become much higher.

However, there were recent reports of a slave being sold by isis for a packet of cigarettes.

I did a presentation on the subject very recently... but due to the collapse of the £ my figures might be a little off.

ISIS is a nightmare, and should be removed from the face of the Earth, by force if necessary.

It represents the most violent and intolerant aspects of Islamism, tribalism, theocracy, Jihadism, and apocalypticism. It rejects cultural and religious heterogeneity, it murders "non-believers," and it's hostile toward women and gay people.

The group is guilty of murder, slavery, rape, torture, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and human rights abuses. It is a scourge, and it flies in the face of centuries of Middle Eastern multiculturalism.

Didn't Muhammed keep slaves, say it was ok to rape slaves and marry a six year old girl when he was middle aged and have sexual intercourse with the girl when  she was 9.

To be honest isn't ISIS more true to the origins of islam. I'm not religious myself but ISIS seems to follow muhammeds words more literally where other muslims adapt them to the modern world taking out the more extreme unacceptable teachings of muhammed.

From my perspective most religions are complete nonsense and we shouldn't be using the teachings from dark times in the modern world. They clearly had no sense of reality or logic and filled the stories with supernatural rubbish. We now have a very good understanding of how life evolved and how life interacts which has been going on billions of years that we shouldn't even give time to these primitive viewpoints.

If Muhammed really did get his teachings from god and lived his life to them then child slavoury, rape, paodephilia  is ok.

Don't get me wrong islam is no different to other religions like christianity etc where they keep trying to modernise them to be more acceptable  but I question what the point of that is. Either they are the words of god or they aren't.

Surely in the modern world the most important thing we need to aim for is equality for all whatever their gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual preference  or wealth and those we need to persecute our those people of hate and violence and we won't go far wrong.

Even if true, should we indict millions of believers in 2016 for what a religious/national founder did 1400 years ago? That ignores centuries of state-building, foreign influences, and Islamic jurisprudence.

Gandhi has been accused of racism and of sleeping naked with underage girls. Does that make non-violent protest any less legitimate?

Yes, you are correct

They are true Muslims, they follow the most extreme teachings of the Quran out of hatred that they carry within them.
The difference between extremism and moderatism is that they both believe in the same values and belief but those who are extreme have decided to goto extreme lenght's to please Allah and make his Empire a reality.

If people pay attention to Islam history from the start to the end, by historical books written by historians who lived during Mohammed's reign is actually quite scary..  Basically every Muslim country today was taken as a war booty and the people who lived there was forced to integrate into Muslim belief.
(Just to present myself as a bit less of a dick, i will say it's not unormal within Religion and Religion in general to take over the world and force the world to believe in the same, so historically it's nothing but a symptom that it's more like a War-power cult then anything else)

Pretty much every country where the number of Muslims reach a extreme height, tends to end up in conflict's and riot's. That to me is evident enough that even a good Muslim can't be trusted cause you never know their true intentions, which is why i want Muslims to fight back at the Extreme's and tell them that what they do is wrong.. I know there are some, but their effort is so fucking weak.

i see what you're saying, I agree with a lot of it, but I'm never comfortable criticizing individual people for their beliefs. I rather criticize the belief itself which I find laughable at best and very disturbing at it's worst.

Like the great poet Jack Black once said:

"All religions in the world today,

we've got to leav'em alone.

We've got to use our fucking brains today,

before we're gone, before we're gooooooooone......"
