Super careless, and they stated that HER email was not hacked and leaked (which may or may not be true) but a few of the recipients emails were hacked. Still illegal and extremely careless, anyone else would be in huge trouble for this.

Actually they did not say they would be charged with anything, they said they would be under administration which basically is a slap on the wrist when it comes to congress and state officials.  People need to discern the difference.

Here is what Comey stated on the case.

"Ultimately, Comey said his recommendation against charges stems from the fact that there is no precedent for charging someone under similar circumstances, saying the FBI could not find a single case in which a person was charged with crimes for similar actions."

If this was the case, Bush would be in prison right after he left the office or impeached when he was found using a personal server for office use.

The allegation is that she used her own private email server for office use.  There were top secret and classified emails she sent that could be compromised because the server was not under goverment administration.  No she was not hacked or leaked any information that they could find but since some of the people she emailed have been hacked or compromised before, its possible that she could have been as well even though there is no evidence. 

Can't wait to be saying President Trump lol. Well the next few years will be interesting.

No evidence that there was a hack or a leak, though attempts were made.  The FBI's technicians have been incredibly thorough, even to bringing back old, deleted email from decommisioned servers and from the servers of recipients.  It is possible, though, considering different people without proper security status had access to her personal server.  She also sent email through her personal server while in foreign countries, another possible security failure.

The first issue is that she was careless with classified information.  Even if the information was actually public knowledge, she still has to treat it as classified if that's an official designation.  She also was NOT supposed to use a private server for official email.

The second issue is that her story has changed repeatedly.  Either she's been telling lies, she didn't understand what she had done wrong, or (what I think) some measure of both.  Either way, it's not good.

There are other issues, as well, though not as serious and many of them are probably wide-spread with government officials.  For example, she was supposed to save and turn over ALL email related to work when she left office, which she did not.  Colin Powell also improperly used a private email account for government business.

In the end, as far as I know, 110 emails were sent that had some measure of classified materal that was classified at the time.  Might have been sensitive information, might have been trivial, but it was still classified.

All of what she did violated department policy.  If she were still in office, this would be a much bigger deal.

This election is like a lose-lose situation and I thought our election was bad.

Of course I care. However, within a few years this incident will be similar to Bush's. People will barely remember it.

Besides, look at what's currently trending- this investigations certainly isn't. All I'm seeing right now on the news is another cop who shot a black person to death.

I don't think many people are blaming it for liberal corruption. Rather, for corruption overall.

The two things you mentioned(money and power) are what people blaming this for. Had this been a person of less significance, I'm sure they wouldn't be left off the hook so easily.

The Snowden example isn't too neat though. I've realized that. Suppose I tried too hard to give an example that I managed to give a horrible one.

1) Absolutely careless. 

2) There are reports that she was hacked. Not surprised. It's pretty easy to gain access to email accounts. I'm sure there are thousands of her emails already found by hackers.
