Usually, I only pay attention to cards from the Sales, to get the corresponding badge, but I'm open to trade some of my game cards to try to get the badge of other games I want.

So now I have a couple extra cards after crafting the level 6 badge, which cards were it that you needed again?

Thank you for this explanation. I couldn't find a clear outline of what any of this was about. All the info on Steam just gives you these weird, circular explanations.

Now I know for CERTAIN that I'm not interested in collecting Steam cards, heh.

I absolutely agree with that.  The OP in this thread > everything I've seen from Steam to explain this.

They completely failed to explain gems, for instance.

Also guys, remember that during the summer sale, you can get three free trading cards each day just from checking your discovery queue (1 card each time you scroll through it). There's only 1 and a half day left, but you can still get 6 trading cards to sell on the market.

Whaaa...? I thought it was one per day!

I should have payed more attention and read the terms.
