Well there are a lot of different processors you can get with the Surface. You can get one with good i7 processor which would be more than enough. There's even the Surface Book which is bigger and more powerful, yet still can be a tablet.

What version of Surface Pro 3 do you have?

On my job everybody brings a tablet or laptop. There's been a lot of Surface Pros lately. I wonder if this will cause a substantial boost.

What version of Surface Pro 3 do you have?

I went with the top end i5, was very close to getting an i7 but it was a few hundred pounds more.

Oh dont get me wrong the surface can generally run stuff that I throw at it, but I really want something more now where I can run some 3d games etc, which the i5 generally struggles at even if they are quite old.
