My post is informing the thread creator what it actually means to give a fanbase the middle finger. A few days ago he had trouble to determine that.

As for the lists of Wii U and Vita games, it should go without saying that Nintendo's list has a far higher pedigree than Sony's. Sales of the individual games show the same thing: Nintendo did a much better job at supporting the Wii U than Sony did with the Vita.

1: I haven't visited the site a lot during all the post E3 bs but in some of threads I saw several Nintendo fans agreed that the "PS fanboys" were "toxic" because of their "hate" towards Nintendo's E3. What the "PS fanboys" said was something about Nintendo didn't beat the PS and Xbox E3 conferences by only showing 2 games for a "failed" console. Apparently, that was not ok to say. In this thread however, it's the total opposite. Double standards? No?

2: Besides, this thread's "dead", "no support", "nothing more than a peripheral", "abandoned in 2012", "waste of resources", "latest fad", "delusional", "joke", "middle finger", etc? If these comments for some reason aren't eligible, just look up another Vita thread and you'll have more "fine" words.

3: If most PS fans got tired with the site, wouldn't it more or less be a site for Nintendo fans like Neogaf is for Sony fans?

1: The comments and threads post E3 were awful. Fans from all sides gloating and downplaying. Nintendo fans didn't have a monopoly on that.

2: I'm a proud Vita owner, but let's be real. The system IS dying. First-party support started drying up in 2014. The middle finger comment is an allusion to another provocative thread.

3: PS fans are either the majority on this site, or, at the very least, equal in number with Nintendo fans. They're hardly an oppressed minority.

I just don't see what you're seeing.

1: I completely agree. Though I don't see why you feel the need to defend Nintendo fans in general. I'm talking about this specific thread that we're commenting in right now. If you don't see some poorly chosen words about the Vita then yes, you don't see what I'm seeing.

2: No need for the "let's be real" part. I wrote a post to Machina 3 hours ago agreeing that it barely has a future and a post 4 hours ago saying that support from SCE could've been much better.

3: No, I agree. Where did PS fans being an oppressed minority come from? I said that if threads like this filled with trash talking continue to be accepted and if it resulted in many PS fans leaving the site, VG would pretty much become a Nintendo only site.

I'm just sick of all the gloating and downplaying that've invaded my former favorite community. But let's leave it at that.

We're probably on the same page then.

Anyway, I hope you'll continue to post here and contribute to the dialogue. I know it can be frustrating at times - especially for fans of Vita, WiiU, and Xbox One - but we need people like you brave enough to challenge the status quo.

It's actually $170 right now, but I have the OLED/3G model, so it's not urgent that I get one.

Wii U hit the west in November 2012.  Japan a few weeks later.

I have Muramasa too but I have'nt had time to try it yet. Better than Dragon's Crown huh. Hmm. But this is a good point, their are so many really good games out for the Vita right now, most people would'nt be able to play all of them. The system has a huge library and many games can be found used and cheap.

I hoped one of you would make that comment.

I enjoy my Wii U very much but I don't think the quality of its library is that different from Vita's (which I also own and enjoy).

But it's amusing how much you guys seem to enjoy trash talking other consoles especially when the library of that console isn't that different from one that "could end up as the best Nintendo console ever if a new Metroid and F-Zero are announced".
