After four years of Skylanders games I had a huge collection of the little monsters. I waited until Game Stop had extra 50% trade in credit and traded them in. This is no joke, I got $350 in store credit. I got a lot of games out of that money.

I mainly play Lego Dimensions now and some Disney Infinity on the side.

You're right about the spelling errors but "you're" just never looked right to me for some reason so I claim artistic expression.

I wouldn't call someone soft core unless ALL they play are casual games. The toy based games though? I'd just say the person is immature. Which is ok. I'm immature in lots of ways too.

If only I found them enjoyable.

I'm 52 years old and I have set a personal goal for myself to become as immature as possible while still being functional in society. 

How am I doing so far? 

The very first Skylanders game, Spyro's Adventure, could be 100% completed with only eight figures. One from each of the original eight elements.

Later on Activision added Light and Dark elements in the fourth game, needlessly forcing people to buy even more figures. And then came trap crystals, cars, planes, and boats. No wonder Activision made billions on this franchise.
