Gears looks like gears.

Scalebound seemed really cool when announced but it looks like a silly parody game like saints row, dead rising and sunset overdrive and the protagonist is a prick.

There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'

Gears 4 looks great and is one of my most anticipated games this holiday.

Not really that interested in Scalebound, but it could end up being a quality game.

Your entitled to your opinion but "look like crap" makes the thread title read like your fishing for negative reactions.

Gears 4 looks fine but the voice acting especially from that laura bitch they brought on stage is abysmal. The tone of the gears trilogy is gone and it really shows. The whole night in the woods concept is absolute crap.

Scalebound looks fine for a Japanese game. The more I see of it the more I am impressed though.

I thought GeoW looked good but yeah, ever since last year's E3, I've grown to HATE that"witty banter" between characters that all video games do, now. They all sound like 90's ninja turtles to me. It totally turned me off from buying Destiny just because of the trailers.

Truth be told, I haven't watched E3 like I usually do. I don't feel excited. I've only seen trailers for about 3 or 4 games (Forza, Gears, Zelda, and GoW). I don't know if Scalebound looks good or not. I'll have to look it up some time.

I wouldn't say crap, just boring, not all games are going to be for everyone.

It's interesting that both games which have you fighting giants just looked boring, Scalebound and FFXV, seems more down to the way they were played rather than the games themselves, but still has put me off both.

Gears I haven't been interested since 2 and once I saw it was same old I glazed over.

Don't ruin the moment

Currently Playing: Rocket League (PC/PS4), Dead Cells (PC)

Graphically gears looked great to me. The banter was off.
Scalebound has gotten worse the more I see it. The announcement went from Dragon Riders of Pern in my head to what the heck is this. So I am out on it now.

l <---- Do you mean this glitch Gribble?  If not, I'll keep looking.

I am on the other side of my sig....am I warm or cold?

Marco....

Scalebound did not impress me, Gears 4 looked like a cute continuation of the series. Nothing worth me getting excited about

Gears4 has nice Graphics for a XBOX ONE HARDWARE... that's all!

And yes, the demo didnt help a lot for the game... it's just slow, trying the uncahrted 4 narrative with 3 guys talking stupids things like a tea hour...

Doing banter between characters is definately a difficult fine line, if you dont do it right it can come across as a bit "dude bro". But hasnt Gears always been a bit like that (and I dont mean that in a bad way)? Wouldnt it be strange if they made it more serious (make it out of place)?
