While I understand what most of you are saying, and cant help but agree at least partway, it does sound a little hypocritical:

Ubisoft says vague stuff about NX that sounds negative:
20 pages of rants how Nintendo fucked up for good.

Take 2 says vague stuff about NX that sound positive:
"Nah bro, they are not serious, its just marketing bullshit!"

Maybe I'm misinterpreting things, but thats how it looks to me right now.
Just a suggestion, but why dont we just wait until Nintendo shows NX and start judging when we have solid intel?

Because people like to speculate and act like they know what they're talking about.  I know I do from time to time.

Of course, I do it often enough, I just get the feeling that it tends to go out of control very quickly around here. I love speculating over stuff like this actually, but most of the times the speculation derails into rants about how awesome and godly Company X is and how badly und uttlery Company Y fucked up and derseve to die a painful death, etc...

Its just tiring after some time.

The new guy.

No surprise: any profit-driven company would be wise to keep an eye on any opportunities if they present themselves.

Hahaha. EA said much more and it means nothing in the end, words don't matter, actions do. Let's see what does or doesn't happen.

Well this was part of what sank the Wii U. I'm guessing it wasn't just a falling out between Nintendo and EA, but it was also Microsoft approaching them with their orginal plans for the Xbox One with the "over the top" DRM that got EA slavating and back out.

But yes this is mostly PR talk, but it can be a good sign that they haven't totally ruled it out.

You'll have to learn to live with it. Especially during these times when Nintendo isn't doing particularly well where people who don't like Nintendo feel more comfortable to say what they truly think.

I think this is especially true.  There's nothing fanboys like better than to kick the competition when they're down.  Sure, there are people who want to give out constructive criticism but a lot of the time they get drowned out by those that just came to shitpost.

If there is some company I expect that won't support the NX in any shape or form, is T2. Their big projects avoid Nintendo systems like a plague.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

I'd put ZeniMax(Bethesda) above T2 in terms of their absence of support when it comes to Nintendo platforms.  Hell, I can't even think of one ZeniMax published game that made it to a Nintendo platform.

I didn't say Zenimax because their projects haven't had an opportunity to go to Nintendo systems until almost the WiiU. Take2 could have easily ported the PS2 GTAs to the Wii and made a killing with a 100m userbase (or the GameCube, the XBox got them and it had the same userbase). But they didn't even do that, when it would have been cheap, quick and safe. They ignoring the obvious GTA V WiiU port from PS360 is a big one too. At least Zenimax have the excuse of being unable to fit the games on the Wii, and avoinding the U like, let's face it, everyone did.

With that clarification, I'd agree with you.  The one thing that puzzles me is that Take-Two was willing to publish Bully on the Wii and it sold decently compared to the 360 version (.5m compared to 1m on the 360) but was unwilling to port any of the PS2 GTA games.
