The lady said it was one of the games even if it is just extra content.  She is including it in the 14.

killer instinct as listing in OP.

clearly halo 6 is also in development.

forza 7 can be assumed to also be in development for next holiday since there are two teams for forza.

Possibly these 2, though they may be considered 1st party since 1st party studios assist the 2nd party studios with development:

Additionally these 2 might be included

8. Ori And the Will of the Wisps
9. Forza new franchise (most likely candidate for developer would be Sumo Digital, which would make the game 2nd party)


So, at worst there are 5 unknown 2nd party games in development, at best 9 more.

Oh ok. The article is framed in a way that suggests games developed by internal studios, but, you're right: Ms. Loftis only mentions Microsoft-published games developed by independent studios.

First party game publishing.  Basically, anything that they have publishing right to, as she listed games where they own neither the studio nor the IP.

She said in development so no Halo 7 or 8 or even Gears 5,6,or 7 or even Horizon 4 or Forza 8. Likely new games/IP's like how Recore, Sea of Theives and Scalebound are new.
