PS4 Neo is XBox 360 Elite
PSVR is Kinect

Except this time the elites get faster hardware instead of just a bigger hdd.
There can be PSVR only games, not Neo only games.

You will not need a Neo to play PSVR games if you already have a PS4. All PS games will run on both for the foreseeable future.

The only thing that Neo will help with is making games look better. This will most likely apply to VR games, as well. PSVR will work with both. There is some speculation that the Neo may not require the extra box that the PSVR must be hooked up to to work on the OG PS4, as the Neo will probably be powerful enough to do the extra processing the box handles.

They've been very clear that PSVR will work on a standard model. It will run better on neo of course.

Greater fidelity on PS4 Neo might help with motion sickness from PSVR.

I don't doubt that's true. If I get PSVR, there's a decent chance I'll end up getting neo. 

Neo is a stronger PS4 model which perform PS4 games much better providing developers enhance their games for it, but won't have its exclusive

PSVR have exclusive, but it still need a PS4/Neo to run its games

recommend Neo if you are interested in PSVR, cause i believe current PS4 will run exhausted on PSVR games since all VR games need a minimum of 60fps

Neo probably will release end of this year or early 2017, but get ready it will not be cheap
