Miyamoto being shamed for the Wii U failing will probably avoid all the controller gimmicks that Nintendo has had since the Wii since he was the one that pushed hard for that second screen. In fact, the Wii U failing and the 3DS underperforming was probably a big wake-up call to Nintendo that they had to change things up. Until this gen, Nintendo has never really failed financially and I think they've been shamed enough to finally realize that things have to change internally and from a company mindset.
As for censorship, I believe that's all on NOA, whom I wish would get a complete overhaul from the treehouse people to the corporate people on top (or at the very least, for the NX to be region free to avoid them altogether). The American branch has to realize that Nintendo isn't Disney and it isn't their personal playpen to goof off in like the treehouse people seem to think based on some of their localizations/translations.
