Did you track the videos from E3 2015? I remember Final Fantasy VII Remake hitting 10 million exactly 2 weeks to the date after it was announced. Not sure if God of War is ahead or below it. Pretty close though.

Yeah I tracked 2015 too and the-pi-guy made the chertz thread: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=204689

I screwed up this year and forgot to have my software save historical data, so the quotes I made in this thread are the only data we can go off.

Yeah just follow the link in the OP: http://vizioneck.com/forum/index.php?topic=3859.0

I have software that automatically refreshes view counts and re-sorts the list on my forum. I could make my software also automatically update the OP here, but I'm not sure the staff would appreciate it.

Ah, so you were the one I was following last year for FF7 views. lol The site did look familiar.

So I checked on twitter and FF VII Remake hit 10 million on 6/28 at around 9pm eastern time(my time). A few hours before the day it was announced.

1.

2.

I doubt GoW would make it to 10 million before tomorrow night.

I apologize for derailing the thread from its original purpose.

Oh not at all! The thread is to discuss youtube views, and we're discussing youtube views.

I agree that GOW is unlikely to hit 10 million before FF7 did. Momentum has died down while at this stage FF7 was still going super strong.

FF VII Remake is too much of a beast(no surprise). Props to God of War for being close to it.
