Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Speculation: NX Controller Shown In Zelda Trailer?

This was kind of curious:

Nintendo patented this controller a while ago, it looks like a dead ringer for the above gameplay segment which appears to have motion control:

This guy seemed to call it a few months ago:

You can "pull" the controller like a bow/arrow.

It could just simply be one of the tools Link can use like the bow and arrow.

Nintendo can't gamble with the controller three times in a row. They hit the jackpot with the wiimotes, they lost with the gamepad, and with this magnet-controller, it's just going to make Nintendo look sillier. If this one is true, blease be an optional peripheral.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

And so it begins.

Looks legit, could be used as a steering wheel considering the shape.

I thought it was just a magnetic item Link gets to move stuff around.. really hope that isn't the NX controller

It also looks like a DS oriented screen can fit right in.

Hmm...

Link has a GamePad. I doubt the NX version is going to look radically different than a smaller, more optimized GamePad.
