I'm not sure I like that we can climb everything though. Seems very overwhelming to me especially in an open world game.

It looks... perfect?!?

I think it looks fantastic in this gameplay. I was worried that the game got too much Skyrim-like, but although it implemented many western RPG elements, the combat didn't change too much.

I'm a bit worried with the framerate, not sure if it is just the demo, but it seems like there are lots of drops.

So I entered this presentation a bit worried... Now I just want it to be march or w.e the hell they'll finally release this.

The world, the controls, the new features, the art style, the gorgeous music... this game looks incredible!

It doesn't look quite as good in regular game play. The trees and a few other things up close look a bit rough/stiff, but ah well.

Graphics looked crap imo, still the game looked good. Looked like some spruced up cell shaded crap from WW.

That's what I do like about cell shaded graphics is they age much much better then other games.

I'm still hope that we'll get e-shop demo.
Interface and voice acting are really rough. There is no excuse to not release it on Wii U in November though.

This is the only Zelda title that I have ever found likeable besides WW.The world looks vast and interesting, plus the gameplay mechanics, which seem to really enhance the experience.
The game reminds me of Skyrim but with cell-shading, and that alone would make me buy the game. That said though I will definitely not play it on Wii U.

It made me think of Skyrim, too, though it's not a completely positive association.  Thinking of Skyrim actually made me temper my initial reaction.

Speaking from a personal standpoint, physical combat with random world monsters in Skyrim became kind of tedious.  Magic, for me, ended up being way more interesting.  Watching combat in this video, I couldn't help but imagine that it would get old quickly unless there is a lot more progressive variety.  Hopefully that's the case.

The other thing with Skyrim is that a big, open world can get kind of boring unless there are new things around the corner all the time.  We saw a lot of emptyness in this video.  I won't judge at this point, it's likely just to show off the landscape, but it will stick in the back of my mind until it's disproven.

Remember last year when Aonuma said they delayed the game (originally to 2016, lol) because they saw a whole new world of possibilities and options they had discovered with the game that they wanted to delve into?
...Maybe THIS is what he was talking about.

I was completely disappointed by Skyward Sword. It felt like so much of the same, yet with new, frustrating mechanics.

This? This looks amazing. Like a brand new direction for the series. Consider me HYPED.
