Forums - Gaming Discussion - Sony E3 won. Hands down.

XB fans showing up to say they liked MS's conference more. How surprising.

I'm a xbox fan. My opinion after seeing what Sony showed is it hard to say. They defiantly showed more. The games by insomniac, gg and the people who made heavy rain all looked great. On the other hand so does halo wars and recore. Sony had more quality for sure. Release dates are my problem tho same as last year. They show all these great games but it seams like there gunna be showing them all again next year. Microsofts games are all gunna be out by early next year, a complete contrast it seams. I'm pretty damn stoked by Scorpio. Also I'm not interested in vr. I don't really like to tell other people what their opinion should be.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

I feel like everybody won this year. All conferences were good, even the third party ones.

Did we really see the same E3 ?

Most of the internet was saying already "Worst E3 ever", and i was thinking the same thing, with sony doing a boring E3 like in 2014 (or 2013 ? i don't remember).

Glad it wasn't the case.

3 Open worlds game AAA with amazing narrative and OP graphics...

In Sony We Trust!

Feels like they're the only ones that actually tried to impress at this E3.

For the record, I think we give Sony too much credit for showing things that won't be out for years when others (like Microsoft) mostly stuck to the present.

I thought the whole of E3 was terrible, just very flat and boring till the Sony conference.

Sony seem to be the only ones capable of presenting with any sense of an event, the pace and live music really set it off. The quality of the games speaks for themselves.... GOW, Days Gone, TLG and Horizon........ so fast, just banging them out.
If you believe someone else won E3...it is obvious that Sony could NEVER win in your eyes.... and I feel sad for you because it means you couldn't enjoy just how epic Playstations show was last night.

WHAT A NIGHT!

Most of the internet is saying that? I thought they'd be too blinded by names and flashy cutscenes/montages.

But yes, you know this E3 is pretty bad when Call of Duty is one of the few good showings.

My hands are up in the air, celebrating Microsoft's E3 victory! WOOHOO

I guess not. Because I really enjoyed all shows, with the Sony one being the best. And why wouldn't I? All of the conferences had at the very least 1 game that I'm anticipating a lot. Tomorrow is time for my favorite franchise to be fully shown for the first time (Zelda), so yeah, I'm very pleased with this E3.

And for the record, I loved last year's E3 as well. But maybe that's due to the fact that on these past two years I didn't read basically any rumor. My time was short, so almost everything was a surprise to me. Maybe more people should start doing that.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

More like hands in the air cause you've been arrested for drug abuse! LOL JK

I'm really not sure anyone ever "wins" E3, necessarily. I've always found that concept to be a bit odd.

However, it isn't very hard for Sony to have "won" E3, considering all the presentations were rather lackluster. There simply wasn't much, from anyone, to get all that excited about this E3, IMO.
