Guns for everyone, what could possibly go wrong?

Did the gun kill her or did a crazy person?

What if he used a knife or bomb? Would you feel better had it simply not been a gun?

Crazy murderers will exist regardless of more gun regulations. Somebody determined to commit murder will find a way.

Edit: just read he also had a hunting knife on him. So there ya go, this guy really wanted to commit murder. He was a crazy person and thats the real story people are ignoring.

Her Brother tackled the killer as soon as the killer shot Christina. Preety sure if he was just carrying a knife, Christina would have had a much much higher chance to make it through this ordeal withought even getting hurt.

Also even if the maniac did stab her with a knife, she would have had a much greater chance to survive.

Anyways America's facination with guns is just stupid. Sure Christina could have had a gun on her but I highly doubt she'll be able to use it in a surpise attack to protect herself. America has by far one of the highest firarm death rates  in the world, around 10 times higher when compared to similar deaths in Europe and other first worl d countries.

More regulations doesent exactly make it impossible to get a gun. Which is why cities with lots of regulation can still have a high rate of gun violence.

And as I've mentioned most of those gun crimes are gang related. Those people are essentially ignored. Hence, people are too concerned about taking guns away from responsible owners but do little to fix areas where gun violence is inflating the numbers.

Some cities in the US are more dangerous than a warzone. Thats where anti-gun people should focus their efforts first. They can make a significant drop in gun violence by doing that. But its easier to blame those of us that arent a real threat.

You gave up the bill of rights to be safe and you are not.

The American homicide rate has steadily been on decline. People are safer now than they were 10 years ago. A young woman was just murdered with no prior warning. If we're going to try and use this for political gain, let's at least have an honest, meaningful discussion about what caused this and what can be done as prevention.

My statement is more factual than yours. As for what caused this; the gun is the symptom, mental illness is the root. Like always.

Funny because that purported 20% decrease hasn't made anyone feel safer. But I can know with 100% certainty what not to expect from my constitution.
