Sales wise, Watch Dogs 2 probably. Though if they reveal a full fledged campaign, Titanfall.

Quality wise, if the first games were any indication, Titanfall by a long shot.

Probably Watch Dogs 2 because it is going to replace the Assassin's Creed game this year.
And as you mentioned the competetion of Titanfall 2 is much stronger than the competition of Watch Dogs 2.

I'll play this one, since it'll have a single player story mode. I honestly wouldn't have bought the first one without there being a campaign. I'm not even considering Overwatch right now, since it doesn't have one.
