The Warriors definitely showed the Heart of a Champion coming back from a 3-1 deficit the way they did.
The Finals is going to be a blood bath, I'm hoping Golden State can seal the deal because, after winning 73 games and coming back the way they did, anything less than a championship makes this season a failure.
They've got to lock in and lock down. Especially against a team with LeBron James on it.
Game 1 Thursday, I will be watching.

Last year a lot of people didn't consider the warriors "legit" because they beat the cavs without Kyrie and Kevin. With both guys 100% healthy is time for the warrior to close one of the best seasons in history with a win against Lebron's cavs.

They've got a tremendous opportunity that's for sure.
To finally silence the critics, doubters, and haters for good if they can win this series and take home the championship...
But Holy Mother of God it won't be easy....

As for this series and what happened.
For me it all came down to Westbrook, Steph, and Klay.
Durant was going to put up his 30, 35, to 40 points a game. Iguodala did the best job a single individual can possibly do guarding K.D. he just knocked down some very tough shots, shots that he routinely makes because he's that great of a player.
I knew there wasn't much the Warriors could do against Durant accept put a hand in his face and hope to God he misses, not a very efficient defense strategy, but Durant is that type of player.
The key was how would they guard Russell Westbrook. Because, Adams, Kanter, Ibaka, Waiters, Robertson, just about everyone on that team with the exception of Durant, gets their points and offense from Westbrook beaking down the defense and setting thup for easy shots around the basket or open jumpers. And for the vast majority of the series it was working wonders for them. Especially with Steph and Klay struggling the first couple of games to hit shots.
I had a feeling the Warriors would win Game 5 at home. Game 6 was where this series turned around.
Klay completely went off, finally, and found his stroke. He single-handidly kept the Warriors within striking distance. Then they guarded Westbrook beautifully in the last few moments, forcing turnovers, Steph sealed the deal with that floater off the glass over Ibaka and the rest is history.

Warriors are better than they were last year. Love is overrated and with irving guarding curry instead of dellavedova warriors should win in 5 or maybe 6

Warriors will win again this time in 5. I cant imagine lebron playing better than he did in last year's finals

Uh, only reason he was good(he still shot horrible) was because he carried the team on his back. now he's more calm, they're loaded, and Golden State will have trouble(unless they choke).

Look at the good players for Cleveland:

Lebron

Kyrie Irving

kevin Love

j.r smith

Iman shumpert

tristan thompson

matthew delavedova

Channing Frye

Richard Jefferson

Mo Williams

trash players who are still there

X-factor is love. Love disappears, goodbye cleveland. Otherwise, this series will (hopefully) be interesting. I'd love for LeBron to finally get a ring in cleveland.

Similar here. Hoping Cavs can win this one but it won't be easy.

I want to see Draymond Green ejected. Hoping he costs Warriors the series somehow.

Shame what happened to the Thunder. So damn close but hopefully they can learn from this loss and get that last little bit that they need.

I'm not going to call it choking when they lose to a better team 3 games to 4.

I hate how Draymond(and other warriors players) fouled so much, especially on Adams.

Adams deserved at least 10 free throws per game for how much he was fouled. It was simply ridiculous. You can see it in all the games, especially game 7. 3 guys surrounded him and smacked him, but no foul? What a joke

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

Even after having a 3-1 lead?

Doesn't make any difference what the order is.  Being up 3-1 guarantees nothing.  It's no different than each team winning every other game.  4-3 is still 4-3.  Each game is completely separate.  Choking is when the other team has no hope unless you mess up and then you mess up.  It's not simply getting beat, especially by a better team.
