While Americans are celebrating the Memorial Day weekend our mates on the other side of the big puddle we call the Atlantic Ocean are attending the MCM London Comic Con. These conventions are just as focused on movies and video games and attendees never face a shortage of games to check out.

Bandai Namco Entertainment happened to be at this event showing off the upcoming fighting game Tekken 7. One fellow thought to ask if the game would be coming to other platforms besides the PlayStation 4 and the Bandai Namco representative confirmed it would also be released on Xbox One and PC.

Namco rep just said Xbone and PC versions of Tekken 7 are also happening. @TronKnotts @destructoid

It is believed that a release date for Tekken 7 on home consoles and PC will be announced next month, possibly during the E3 Expo.

Officially Namco never mentioned "Xbox". They said "other home consoles" or something like that during the reveal and then only talked about the PS4 version.

and yeah there were quite a few people saying it will not come to Xbox or the Xbox version being cancelled etc.

This is the first time people are hearing Namco officially mentioning other platforms.

During PSX it was announced that the PS4 version would have exclusive content.

Yes, it has been officially announced and inferred multiple times. 

We all knew that it was coming to the Xone. And it should as well. After the bomb of SFV it is obvious that Tekken has yet again have to come and show everyone how a real Japanese brawler is made My purchase will be on the PS4, but Im certain that everyone will be in for a treat

Yeah wasn't the argument over which other home comsoles get it. so would it be the xbox or the Wii U. I guess they thought the xbox was a better second platform to choose and I think they're right.
