Spartan Total Warrior was very fun and it was completely fictional and wasn't even made by Koei.

Warriors Legends of Troy wasn't made by Omega Force and was seemingly lackluster.

Warriors orochi sounds great in paper but it always bores me super fast. I think the key to holding your interest in these games is to have a gripping storyline you care about. This is to say, either a factual historical setting you find fascinating or a series/game series you are a fan of. The games lose their purpose without those.

With Fire Emblem, which ficitional region would it be set in, or do you have them all like Gundam Series?

Same thing they did with Zelda and go through the series i'd say.

Fire Emblem.
Reason?
You'd be able to be any character you wanted because all they'd have to do is make skins.
Make a move set for each class an then have a skin for each character with their base class.

Example: Swordmaster class would have Mia, Lucina, Zihark, Edward, Lon'Qu etc as skins.
It would be perfect.
