Its been bad for a long time but these last few weeks a line has been crossed.

Recently, everytime I come onto the site ads pop up literally everywhere. Scrolling in from the bottom, scrolling in from the sides and popping up in the centre. And I meant literally in the middle of the page, covering up pretty much everything else. Many of these cannot even be closed.

And this is on top of the sponsered link when you first load the site and the 2 other banner ads already on main page.

I get the site needs revenue to survive, but seriously what is the point of if they simply envelope everything else? I know others have made threads like these but its only seems to get worse so thats why Im posting it again.

Today on Mobile, I had an ad pop up, ontop of another ad. It was kind of ridiculous.

Ads are fine, I have no problem with ads, but they should not prevent you from actually consuming the content. that makes no sense.

They obscure my view and comments on mobile. I have a PC connected to my TV and sometimes the "close" button for the ads is off screen. It's pretty frustrating.

Buy the supporter program.

Just shut off JavaScript and they all go bye bye.

I'm not sure VGAds would be a fitting name, because I don't think all ads are related to video games.

Why is the supporter program so overpriced? It seems more like a money making scheme than anything.

You shouldn't be required to pay so you can use the site with ease. It should be able to be used easily without all these ads on top of ads and all these redirecting ads. It's ridiculous.

I know, that's why I use adblock. I'm a "do as I say not as I do" kind of guy that's why I recommend the supporter program even though I don't use it.
