I predicted:

1 million first day (I think it's safe to say it probably did this).
2 million first week (it bettered that by 700k)
3m - 3.5m First Month (it looks like it will better this too)
10m - 12m LT sales (I can't see why not)

Easily exceeded them, both in terms of sales and the game itself.

It met my expectation. I don't remember a first week figure but I predicted 10 million lifetime. UC4 on its way to that, might even be a little bit over.

It exceed mine by like one million and a half. But I'm bad at predicting, so I don't really feel all that crummy!

I predicted 3M so it's in line and on track for that 10M lifetime. Game will have decent legs due to good word of mouth and no big release on the horizon.

Sales wise or game wise? Exceeded sales wise and met them game wise.

id have to say exceeded my expectations since I don't think the series is that great and 3 left me real sour, it was bad.

but i have to say Uncharted 4 was really good and i enjoyed it quite a bit

it exceeded them by a LOT.
