I bet Rey will be losing something as she faces Kylo, "mirroring" Luke in The Empire Strikes Back.

Anyway, I don't think she'll lose a body part. Part of the effectiveness of Luke's robotic hand was its symmetry with Vader's. That scene in the throne room in Jedi was a great payoff. Ren, Rey's nemesis, is flesh and bone - so that sense of symmetry is missing.

I expect Rey to lose a lot in VIII - friends, family, hope - but not any body parts.
