Ape Escape Vs Crash Bandicoot?

Crash 82 50.62%

Ape Escape 36 22.22%

Spyro the Dragon 33 20.37%

I'm too young for this shit. 1 0.62%

None 10 6.17%

Total:162

Well obvious answer is Spyro.

Between those two, Crash. I fucking hate monkeys ***stares at you know who***

Without a doubt Crash

Crash.

The only correct answer.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Ape escape was innovative and original throughout all it's 3 mainline games. Even if its just an HD remake, i would love to see it again. Plus, its not actually an impossible dream, as Sony still owns the rights.

I prefer Crash Bandicoot and you cant even compare its sales to Ape Escape...

But voted for Ape Escape as it at least it is owned by SONY and the games are super fun! Should've been on VITA

The Bitch is back! And better then ever! #BritneyReturns

SONY Bring them BACK for PS4 and VITA!

Easily Crash, Spyro would be my second pick and Ape Escape would be a distant third.

Well since Activision own said "iconic" mascot I would have to go with Ape Escape as Sony actually still owns that IP. If Crash were to come back it would be multiplat (which would honestly thrive more in the long run).

Interesting that you would say he thrives more as a Multiplat, because after Naughty Dog let him go, he never averaged an 80 or higher on metacritic. In fact throughout third party ownership, his reception has steadily declined. Actually, even his sales were much MUCH greater as a PlayStation exclusive. How exactly does he thrive more as a multiplat? All the information we have suggests literally the opposite of what you're saying.

As for me I can vision an open world HD crash game that could sell gangbusters using modern game design. I'd vote on that

Never played Ape Escape, so Crash. I would be a bit worried about it though because I love the original and that gameplay might be a bit outdated for todays standards.

I recently played the first and second one and the gameplay whas rocksolid..

I think so too, but Im not sure they would go back to that design. If so it would probably be a cheaper downloadable game.

I'm talking of today mind you (if a new game were to be made for the existing platforms), that isn't to say he will never ever thrive in the future unless he's made specifically exclusive.

Was I really that interesting or was I to be called wrong instead?.
