Gears of War Judgement 20 14.71%

Forza Horizon 28 20.59%

Haven't you made a similar thread like 2 months ago? xP

I very well might have, can't for the life of me remember. Alzhiemer's at my age, so tragic. If so, mods can delete/lock.

There's a few examples I can think of.

The Evil Within, despite a somewhat annoying grainy effect and not-so-good depth of field (combined with some bad pop-in textures whenever the game loads for the first time), was very well done, in my eyes. Even more if we take into consideration the terrible engine it was made on:

Gears of War 3 should also make the list:

Considering how demanding it is, CD Projekt Red made an awesome job porting The Witcher 2 on such an old console:

Max Payne 3 is quite the looker, and I might add, it's better than GTA V graphically-wise. Can't find any 360 screen, so here's the promotional (bull)shot:

Might think of more later.

I found it, 4 months ago not 2, it's a bit older than I thought, and it's a similar subject not exactly the same (as I said), but there it is, just so you can remember it and see if the subjects are distinct enough or not XP

I guess the primary distinction is that the purpose of this thread is to poll people's opinions on the matter.
Still, a lapse on my part. I swear, my brain is like a sea sponge. XD

Oddly enough, I own every single game you posted pics from and I don't think they looked as good as the pictures you posted.

Anyway, I think Tomb Raider 2013 looks fantastic.

Mgs5, rise of the tomb raider

My vote is for Lost Odyssey. Great graphics and a really long adventure. They used the Unreal Engine for it and it paid off. Game looks great.

I dunno, I think they're pretty good. Those pics I found are from the 360 version respectively, but it wouldn't be the first time some internet pictures don't match your actual graphical experience playing the game.

MGS5 ranks pretty high in best looking 7th gen games, BUT they cut corners on resolution (soft picture), draw distance, and frame rate struggles. GTAV is more polished.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is also a nice looking game for cross gen port, but they didn't make a signficant effort to take advantage of the hardware. Sometimes effects, models, and other things look bad.

The Evil Within looked rought on 360. Low res textures and shadows, pop in, soft picture from sub hd resolution, etc. Looks okay overall, but not notable in my opinion. I'd give RE5 the edge over that.

Gears 3 does look great, Judgement looks even better.

Witcher 2 looks okay but I recall the texture pop in being really bad in that game and the character models aren't very impressive. Assassin's Creed titles look better.

Max Payne 3 looked really good from my recollection, I need to revisit that. Multiplayer graphics though, not so great.
