You do know cap was under the shield right, he still needs to be strong enought to not get smashed by the blow and cap doesnt even budge when he stops that blow. He does 1v1 Loki no matter how you want to look at it, he also 1v1 Ultron (wich is stronger physically than Loki). he holds the motorcycle overhead like if it was made of pappe (I think he does it with 1 hand too, I don't quite remember now)r so thats obviously not even close ot his full strength, and the spin thing has to do with changing the direction youre applying strength, wich throws your oposition off balance if they arent expecting it, also we don't know how strong Spidy will be in his movie incarnation we haven't had a proper gauge yet. Is he overpowered in the movies compared to the comics ? Yes he definetly is. Is Civil War inconsistent with the rest of the cinematic universe ? It deffinetly isn't. Infinity War will come around Cap will be involved in some suposedly impossible scene and someone will be here complaining he is overpowered for the 100th time.

D21lewis already pointed out how you're wrong about Cap's strength and how it's the shield that allows him to take a blow from Thor's hammer.

Can you explain to me what direction the force that Cap was applying was changed to? Cap can spin all he wants, the force he's applying would still be in the same direction.

<------ Spidey pulling this direction            ---------> Cap pulling this way.

Whichever direction Cap is pulling, there's is no way he can pull Spidey in his direction without using a bigger force. I mean it's simple logic. If you can show me using arrows which direction the force that Cap applied that allowed me to pull Spidey over, that'll be great.

I can't draw lines diagonaly here, but cap would be pulling diagonaly against Spidy pulling straight away, you draw the resulting vector from this and it would be a diagonal backwards (meaning towards Spiderman) to the left or right (depending on wich side Cap pulled), without being prepared and shifting your weight or center of gravity Spidy would loose balnce and therefore be unable to apply proper strength. Sumo wrestling is based on stuff like this for your information, its very common that 2 fighters will thug, pull and change the angles they apply strength to throw the oposition off balance, if they suceed then they can easilly carry a massive strong and heavy dude outside the circle with relative ease cause the guy looses his footing. And again this whole debate is moot cause we don't know Spidys strength on the MCU incarnation yet, for all we know they could be going with a physically weaker Spidy.

The vibranium shield, on its movie verison, is not capable of absorbing all the impact of a blow. Cap gets hurt when he uses the shield to stop falls, cap flies off when hit by explosions and Black Panther suit also does not make him imovable, so no the shield didn't do all the work.

Ultron is stronger than Loki in the comics, it is impossible to say if he is on the movie tough, and Loki isn't as strong as Thor, Loki is very strong but not as much as Thor, on the movies thats absurdly evident by Loki having no chance to match the Hulks strength while Thor can hang his own versus the green giant.

Also we saw Cap pulling a bunch of feats of strength but we never saw anything showing us his limitations on that department, so holding a helicopter is withim the realm of possibilities until the movies shows us without a shadow of doubt he is unable to do it. Since he suceeded at it with what seemed to be a herculean effort we can use it as gauge to say that is caps top strength on the MCU.

Bottom line is drop this crazy attempt to say Cap is overpowere din Civil War, he is overpowered in the MCU and its cosistent, and will continue to be so. Get on with it or give up, you won't see a cap that is simply a peak humman like he is on the comics and plese don't start this discussion again when Cap arm wrestles Thanos on Infinity War or something like this. Its like the Foz Quicksilver debate. IS he overpowered in comparission to the comics ? Ye a lot ? Is it consistent withimt the cinematic universe ? Ye definetly. Case closed, movie Quicksilver is simply much more powerfull than comics Quicksilver.
