Naughty Dog is one of the best PlayStation exclusive developers when it comes to pushing the limits of PlayStation hardware but they are not without competition. Santa Monica Studio and Guerilla Games are on the same level and push PlayStation hardware as much.

There is a reason why I think so, Naughty Dog themselves have said that they could push PS4 further and PS4 keeps giving each year. Last gen when Naughty Dog released Uncharted 2 people never thought it would be surpassed graphically by another PS3 game but the next year God of War III came and blew away everyone. Santa Monica surpassed even that with Ascension. They have been pushing PlayStation hardware since the PS2 as God of War II was the best looking game on PS2. I think they will create a new benchmark in graphics on PS4 with God of War IV.

Guerilla Games have also made games that pushed the PS3 to its limits with KZ 2 and 3 and KZ 3 may be the most technically impressive game released on PS3. KZ 2 and 3 had quite open ended levels unlike Uncharted and God of War but they still looked as good if not more detailed especially the environments and particle effects. They made KZ: SF that was constrained by a being a launch title for PS4 and yet it is still one of the best looking games of current gen. Horizon footage looks incredible and the Dino bots are highly detailed even with the open world setting. This game will probably set a new bar for open world game visuals on PS4.

How maybe. Horizon no, it's open world, and seems rather big, plus those robot mechs have so much fucking detail to them. And there are so many going to be on screen. No way will they make it look better than uncharted

God of war 4 I agree 100% gona be crazy

Well I think both gow4 and horizon will support the noe soo yea,on the neo it will look better and 60 fps

The gameplay did look very impressive graphically and the game is far from release so I think it would look better too.

I Agree about God of War, for me both God of War 2 and 3 were the best looking PS2 and PS3 games.

Last of Us 2 will have better graphics...

God of War 4? Maybe.
Horizon? Doubt it.

yeah because both will have a ps4k/neo verion. on normal ps4 nope, they wont invest much ressources in puhsing normal ps4 to the limits anymore as soon as neo is out. they will push neo to its limits and then make the game run on the standart ps4 just by lowering the settings (the samewas done in the last years with ps3 version of a game. All ps3 games released after ps4 looked worse then before ps4 release, just because they moved many ressources from the ps3 to the ps4 versions.)

Developers wont push 2 consoles to the limit. And the neo will be way more attractive for them. As soon Neo arrives, normal ps4 will suffer graphically. Just look at the ps3 version of black ops 3 (it wont be THAT much hopefully though).

Just look at multiplats. Those games i general never are graphically as impressive as exclusives. And with the neo, no game will be standard ps4 exclusive anymore.
