More divided on race lines, and on federal vs state rights.

Some of Trumps recent statemens about States should be in power may be what gets him in the office. I am not a fan of the federal government being in charge of everything, they are too far removed from the people. Many of these policies would be better done at state levels and have more support. Unfortunaly Obam did not take that route, instead of trying to convince the people and states to change he is forcing change down their throats. That will only lead to resisitance as we have seen.

Personally I've never been a fan of this line of reasoning. You're either a country of you're not. You shouldn't have radically different regions of the country with varying different laws.

Sorry, federalism is a perfectly valid way to construct governments (if there are to be any valid ways at all.)

Not every nation has to be unitary, nor would it work if that were the case.

This is partly the reason why homes in America are so expensive.

To be fair, homes in the U.S are actually quite cheap compared to the rest of the developed world. Of course, that is because of geography more than anything else.

That is because those countries implemented more socialist policies. All it does it drives the price of everything up.

While that might be partly true (a very small part), there is definitely a space problem in Europe (and some Asian countries like Japan.) Even in countries/city-states with freer markets than the U.S (like Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Singapore) housing prices are much higher than the U.S/U.S cities.  One of the great things about the U.S is the amount of space and resources we have with respect to the population size. It shows with our sprawling cities, and low population densities.

As far as race goes, I posted a video a while back on Facebook where an old comedian pretty much described America today but this was back in the '70s. Her name was Moms Mabely and she is a legendary black comic. People don't seem to realize that race relations in America have always been fucked up. They're better now in my opinion but people also have the ability to broadcast any little detail that fits an agenda.

As for the president, I've seen several. I've been alive for Carter, Regan, Bush, Clinton, Bush II: Electric Boogaloo, and Obama. I think Regan and Clinton were better presidents but Obama did a great job despite the opposition he's faced. I'd vote for him again.... were it not for his latest decision.

What do Obama supporters have to say on the TPP?

Worst Metal Gear ever. Thanks, Obama. Fucked up my favorite series. I couldn't even finish that pile of poop.

Interesting. It was my favorite series of all time as well and I didn't care for TPP.
