That's quite a list of changes and improvements, all of which will definately improve the overall quality and professionalism of the site. I had been a guest for quite a long time before becoming a member, and the amount of effort gone to by ioi and all those involved, to improve this site since I discovered it has been exceptional. Well done and keep up the good work.

PS: I just submitted myself as a potential contributor. Although some of the stuff I wanted to write is a bit outdated now (such as the study about Sony's PS3 inventory from their financial conference data, which was a thread), there'll hopefully be some more ideas in the future that I'll want to write on.

Nice list of changes, seems that the boss is going for a more sleek and professional look and feel! Good initiative to make use of some of the more eloquent and connected members, I think it serves right to give a little back to the site.
