Well good thing I dont mind Digimon I guess. Rowlet is best starter although I think they are kinda average.
Anyway guess it will just be another prettier Pokemon game that doesnt truly do anything to make it more worth playing then the previous games when it comes to the SP story. I dunno, hopefully its a return to form.

Sheesh, that's quite the statement on a trailer that didn't show any story. I'm not expecting much, but the the character design at least seems promising.

U wot m8!? Popplio is cool and silly. And a clown. He's top tier starter. Litten, on the other hand, looks like a barfed cat.

Rowlet is fine.

OT: besides the Pokemon themselves (which I'm sure we will all get used to them later on), it looked pretty good. No more 8-grid movement, gameplay looks like cutscenes from XY/ORAS (so no more chibi looking people), customization is back, and the region looks quite big and interesting. Pretty good.

Popplio is my choice right now. I'm really liking the game how it looks so far and I really can't wait. I've seen a lot of popplio fans so :D

Oh yeah it makes sense for litten to become a fire dark type which only houndoom has (dog vs cat?) but what will the water starter become lol? No way to know right now.

I was thinking Ice type (but that's over done) I don't mind pure water.

So, Ice-water? Or not because there is degwong/ region is based on the exotic HAWAII?

I could complain that they're still using midi at this point instead of live instrumentation.
I could complain about the lack of voice acting.
I could complain about the fact that the 3DS hardware is very clearly holding this game back severely.
I could complain about all that, but...

I just can't find it in my heart to. Pokémon is FINALLY evolving, at least visually. And you know what? For this game, just this once, I'll take that. Baby steps.

Unless you believe Bug, Dragon, Fairy etc. could happen, then really only Ice and Psychic are possible. The only other clown-like pokemon (Mr. Mine) is Psychic so that's where I'm putting my money. The problem with this is if there's a dolphin pokemon it'd likely be Water/Psychic aswell.
