Are we sure that's Golden Week? If so ... holy shit has Golden Week/Japanese industry fallen off a cliff. Not even one hardware system over 30k?

Better hope NX is a success or the Japanese market is headed down the toilet.

Its not technically golden week. Week 18 is. Its just 1 day of the week was a holiday. OP shpuld take out GW so no1 gets confused

When it comes to Japan I wouldn't worry to much about Nintendo. They have whatever is left in that market in their back pocket. Numbers like this is why I'm kind of glad Nintendo is also looking into mobile. That's basically where the money lies now in Japan apperently. 

 

But as some have said this chart doesn't show the full Golden effect, just part of it.

Playstation 4 doing very good!!! Still hasn't dropped below 20k this whole year!!!

Minecraft now at 750k!!! One Piece: Burning Blood could be 100k next week!!!

Wow! SMM and Splatoon continues with its legs!

And the 3DS continues to compete with the PS4 with 25k! After already beating the PSP which is over 20mil! And after 5 years!
