The only one I didnt know about was the Oregon trail, but other than that, all worthy entries.

All of them are amazing choices. Maybe next year Final Fantasy.



I can't belive Zelda wasn't on this "hall of fame" before, it should have been the first game to be included! The original Zelda game is possibly one of the best videogames ever created (and one of the most influential too).

Hey that's a pretty good list actually, all are iconic games who who were greatly influential for the industry and/or their respective genres. Pleasantly surprised with that.



Pokémon needs to be included next year...

It is a very short list at the moment.

This. When I looked at the list I was like "oregon trail" seems outta place.

It's a tough call, really.  Oregon Trail and games like Number/Word Crunchers and Where in the X is Carmen Sandiego will always have a very fond place in my heart for being early games, as well as being learning tools.  I LOVED Oregon Trail in school.  And it did move quite a few units (though it was also bundled in with many PC's back then).  Still, 65 million units of anything isn't shabby.
