Maybe. At least all except for Xenoblade. Xeno X was by far the most impressive offering for Wii U as of now if talking about games overall. Zelda U could beat it, but who knows, and that would be a second most impressive (not ranking, but talking amount of games that look more impressive than third parties) before even getting to third parties (at least the ones that were offered). 

A very powerful console would just up the cost of game development. I dont think Nintendo is interested in that. I would be really surprised if the NX is much more powerful than the PS4.

Kinda agree here, however, I think they can afford to be slightly higher than PS4 in 2017 and have the "gimmick" attached. No way it will match PS4K, that I can def agree.

NX needs to be innovative (as in have some tangible feature which is attractive and different from a PS4) but also needs to be powerful (so that it can play a wide variety of games that people expect when investing in a platform, which is something the Wii was not).
