I'll ask for them to make the game harder. Too easy after learning how to parry!

Thanks for reminding me of this, i was gonna do so but i had forgotten about it.
At least give the option for a hard lock on. Other than that, it's really good.
Bet with Adamblaziken:
I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

An enemy approaches you.
Hold L1 and wait...
waiting...
waiting...
waiting...
When the enemy starts to swing, press the square or triangle button
if the badguy falls to the ground from the parry, press the triangle button then finish him when he stands up with a few attacks
If the badguy gets shoved to the side with his back facing you, just attack til he's dead.
The true challenge is when you're fighting more than one, though.

You didn't reach/see the 2nd area did you?
I guess if I had to say something, the controls of the game feel super loose compared to Dark Souls.
Maybe stiffen them up a bit, make it a bit harder to control your character?
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Actually, Dark Souls would be the "looser" controls, where Ni-Oh is simply too tight.
